Terms.

The rules for using this site and for working with me. Plain English, no traps in the small print.

The short version

  • Every price is fixed and on show before we talk.
  • Everything I build runs on accounts in your name, and you own it.
  • Nothing goes to your customers without your yes.
  • No minimum term on I run it. 30 days' notice.

Using this website

  • Everything on this site is general information, not professional advice for your business. For that, book a Faff Check.

  • I work hard to keep it accurate, but I can't promise every page is always up to date.
  • Links to other websites are there to help. I'm not responsible for what's on them.

Every job gets a written proposal first. If the proposal and these terms ever disagree, the proposal wins.

Your own running costs are paid by you, directly to the provider, not to me: your Claude or Codex subscriptions, AI usage, domain, email and any hosting.

You own it

  • Everything is set up on accounts in your name from day one.
  • You own the website, the data, the customer list, the Brand Brain and the content.
  • Stop paying me and nothing breaks.
  • If I run it and you stop, I hand the whole worker team over to you, inside your own team chat app.

AI, and your yes

  • The workers draft. You check and say yes. Nothing goes to your customers without your yes.
  • Automatic messages, like an instant reply to an enquiry, are templates you approve once before they switch on.
  • AI can get things wrong, which is why you check the work before you approve it. Once you've approved something, it's yours to stand behind.

Stopping or cancelling

  • I run it: no minimum term. Give 30 days' notice, any time.
  • Foundations and desks: if you cancel before I start, you get a full refund. If you cancel after I start, you pay for the work done so far, and you keep it.

If something goes wrong

Tell me straight away and I'll work to put it right.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

At the end of the day, the owner sits on the quayside steps with a mug of tea, looking across the water at their Digital Home.
