The Digital Home
One office instead of ten tools.
I replace the pile of tools, the manual jobs and the AI guesswork with one office for your business. Your website is the front door. Everything behind it runs in your name, in your voice. So you get your time back.
Four parts. One office. All in your name.
This is the house in the picture, room by room. I start at the bottom, because that is where the faff starts.

Your Brand BrainThe archive under the water
Who buys from you and why, in the words they actually use. Your angle, your voice and your prices. I write it once, from your interview and real customer research, in plain files you own. Every desk reads it first, so nothing starts from zero again. Most owners have never had this written down. Doing it makes you sharper.
-
Your back officeBeside the front door
Every enquiry, booking and customer in one place, with alerts and emails, on your own accounts. One enquiry form works on any website, so every lead lands here. Even the one at 9pm on a Sunday. And you see where each one came from, and where people drop out of each funnel.
-
Your websiteThe front door
Rebuilt from your Brand Brain, so it says what you actually do, in your voice and your look. Built to be found on Google and in AI answers. Want a new service on it? Ask the worker at the Website and back office desk. No developer, no waiting. You're standing in one right now. This site is my own front door, built and kept up by the same AI workers who'd be your teammates.
-
Your desksThe top floor
One area of work each, with an AI worker who drafts, and a second who checks where the job needs it. Five are ready now, plus a bespoke desk for something only your business does. The next sections show how.
Foundations is the bottom two: your Brand Brain and your back office. The whole Digital Home is all four.
Anyone can copy your tools by Friday. Nobody can copy your story.
This week's post, from your message to your yes.
Say it's Monday and you want this week's post. You message the Content desk in your team chat, the same way you'd message a colleague who works from home. One line is enough.
One worker drafts it from your Brand Brain. It already knows who you're talking to, how you sound and what you sell, so you don't explain any of that again.
A second worker checks it against your Brand Brain and your rules. If it isn't good enough, it goes back and round again until it meets the bar. You never see that part.
What reaches you is already checked. You say yes, or you send it back with a note. Once you say yes, it's scheduled and published. Nothing goes out without your yes.
Every desk runs this route, with the second check where the job needs one. Swap the post for a sales page, a video or a campaign email, and the route is the same.
It's how my own compliance documentation runs now. My Technical Checker checks the work before I sign it off.
What each desk does.
Content
A content calendar. Articles that answer your customers' questions, so Google and AI find you. Posts for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, scheduled once you say yes. A monthly check on what worked.
Website and back office
New pages and services when you ask. Forms, emails and automations set up and kept running. Fixed when something breaks, and tested on a real phone, desktop and inbox before it goes live.
Copy
Website pages, sales pages, emails and ads, written from what your customers really say. You on a good day, every time. Checked for fake claims and AI-speak.
Campaign
Quiz funnels, lead magnets and landing pages. A quiz that helps people first and tells you what they need. Tested with a real lead before you see it. No fake countdowns, no made-up numbers.
Video
Phone clips, screen and Zoom recordings, cut to the good bit. Captions and graphics in your look. Your originals never touched. Ads built, then paused until you say yes.
Something only you do
A bespoke desk, trained on your Brand Brain, at the same price. Mine is the Technical Checker. The Sales desk is coming soon.
About two weeks. Then it's yours.
About two weeks for the whole Digital Home, Foundations included, from the day I have access. A desk added later takes about five working days. I interview you and research your customers first, and everything is built from that.
Every account is in your name from day one. I build inside them. I don't rent them to you. Pages, forms and emails are tested on a real phone, a desktop and an inbox, and your enquiry form gets a real test lead before you see it.
At the end you get a written report: your Brand Brain, the payback in your own numbers and an AI skills check. Your workers arrive in your own team chat app. If your team can't use it, I haven't done my job.
Every price, on the page.
Here is what it costs, what's in it and what isn't.
- FoundationsYour Brand Brain, your back office and one enquiry form that works on any website. A written report with the payback in your own numbers. The same price for every size.
