A cutaway of the Digital Home island at the waterline. Below the water runs a long arched brick archive of shelves and binders, where three people read at a long table.

The Knowledge Vault. A records room of its own, added when you need it.

Knowledge Vault

A knowledge base your team and your AI can both trust.

Your prices, procedures, decisions and evidence, each kept in one place. Your Brand Brain knows how you sound. The Vault knows how you work.

Every fact gets one home.

I built the first one for Trace, my compliance business. Ten years of technical knowledge lived in my head, and my AI had none of it. Every chat started from zero.

So it all came out of my head and into one place: the procedures, the decisions, the prices and the evidence behind them. Each fact shows where it came from, how sure it is and when it was last checked. My team reads the answer there, and so does my AI. The same answer, every time.

With my knowledge base set up, I now work faster and more accurately.

Four rules. Your team and your AI both follow them.

A pile of documents isn't a vault. These rules are what make it worth trusting.

  • Read this first

Every question starts here, before anyone guesses, searches or asks around.

  • Settled rules, kept apart from drafts

What's agreed is stored separately from what's still being worked out, so nobody follows a half-finished idea.

  • Stop when sources disagree

If two facts don't match, the work stops until a person settles it. Nobody, human or AI, picks one and carries on.

  • A named person signs off

Every settled fact has a name on it, so you always know who said yes.

What you get. What it isn't.

You get the structure, the rules, a first load of your real material and a short guide for your team.

It isn't your Brand Brain, which holds your brand: who buys from you, why, and how you sound. And it isn't a website. Where the Vault and your Brand Brain hold the same fact, like a price, the Vault is the one trusted copy, and your Brand Brain reads from it.

It is built to run on its own. Your team and your workers add to it as they go. If I run your Digital Home, I check it every month.

Priced by team size.

More people means more procedures, more material and more to check.
